On the non pulley end there s a t or u shaped pin plug pull this out there s a small indent on the inner side to fit a screwdriver blade if more leverage is needed then push the blind down on this end from the top it will drop about 7 mm and you can now see the short pin on the end if you look through the hole where the pin plug was when lined up pull the blind towards you and hey presto it s out.
